Please complete the form below to make a booking enquiry.

The booking secretary will check hall availability and confirm if it is free on your date, advising you of the refundable deposit required to secure your booking and the full cost of the hire.

To secure your booking, please pay the deposit as soon as possible. Your booking will only be confirmed once your deposit has been received.

Once your deposit has been received, the booking secretary will confirm your booking, send you relevant information about the hall and advise when the full hire fee is required.

Please pay the full hire fee by the due date.

If we do not receive your full hire fee on time, a reminder will be sent. If we do not receive your full hire fee within 2 weeks of the event, your booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are rare but we do understand that sometimes circumstances mean events are not able to go ahead. Please do contact us if for any reason your event is not going ahead.

If you cancel your booking within 2-4 weeks before the event, 50% of your deposit will be refunded to you.

If you cancel your event within 2 weeks of the event, no deposit will be refunded.
